Farmitank, protagonist at Expo Agritech 2025: innovation and sustainability at the heart of the agro-industrial future

From 28 to 30 October, Farmitank was present at Expo Agritech 2025, held at the Malaga Trade Fair and Congress Centre (FYCMA), an event that brought together more than 8,000 professionals and 200 companies from the agro-industrial sector with a common goal: to promote technological and sustainable transformation in the countryside.

During this edition, Parcitank presented its innovative smart vertical farming system, Farmitank, a proposal that represents the evolution towards more efficient, digital and sustainable agriculture, capable of optimising resources and ensuring constant production throughout the year.

Farmitank's participation in Expo Agritech received special recognition as it was a finalist in the ‘Best Sustainable Agricultural Operation’ category, an achievement that highlights Parcitank's commitment to responsible innovation and the development of technological solutions that contribute to more environmentally friendly agriculture.

In addition, Cristian Nieves, head of R&D at Parcitank, took part in the event's technical programme, where he presented the advantages and potential of Farmitank as a vertical farming model that can be adapted to different environments and is designed to maximise production efficiency.

The exhibition space in the Innovative Companies Pavilion was another highlight, where we shared experiences with companies such as Agrikola.ai and Iczia, which, like us, are committed to technology as a driver of change in the agri-food sector.
